h. “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction; and
i. “Processor” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which Processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.

The Controller does not knowingly collect data relating to minors since this Website is not intended for minors.

In determining the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, the Controller takes into account the nature, scope, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm resulting from unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which the Personal Data is processed, whether those purposes can be achieved through other means, and any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Where Personal Data is processed for marketing purposes based on Your consent, the Controller will retain such Personal Data for as long as You remain subscribed to the Controller’s marketing communications and have not withdrawn Your consent or objected to such processing. The Controller may periodically review its marketing databases and may delete, anonymise, or seek renewed confirmation from individuals who have not engaged with marketing communications for an extended period of time, in accordance with the principle of storage limitation under the Applicable Laws.
Where Personal Data is collected in connection with a recruitment process and the applicant is not employed by the Controller, such Personal Data will generally be retained for a period of six (6) months following the conclusion of the recruitment process, unless a longer retention period is required by law or the applicant has consented to the retention of their Personal Data for future employment opportunities.

In the case that You submit Your Identity Data, Contact Data and Employment Data to Us for the purpose of expressing interest in joining Our Company and You are not employed by Our Company, We retain Your Personal Data for a period of 6 months after recruitment process completion for defence of employment-related legal claims and future recruitment opportunities where consent has been obtained[CP13.1] .In the event that You are employed by Our Company, any further Processing of Your Personal Data shall be governed by a separate privacy notice to be provided to You upon Your employment with the Company.

f. Objection – You have the right to object to the Processing of Your Personal Data where the Controller is relying on legitimate interests for such Processing;
g. Automated decision-making and profiling – You have the right to object to a decision taken solely on the basis of automated Processing, including profiling, which has an impact on You or significantly affects You;
h. Withdrawal of consent – if You have provided Consent for the Processing of Your Personal Data, You have the right to withdraw that Consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the Processing carried out such withdrawal; and
i. Information about the source – where the Personal Data the Controller holds about You was not provided to the Controller directly by You, You also have the right to receive any available information as to the source of such Personal Data.
