- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the Auto Sales Ltd. – Kind’s Shop – online shop operated by Auto Sales Ltd. Kind’s (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- Products
The online shop offers selected automotive accessories, promotional items, lifestyle products, and other merchandise.
Vehicle spare parts, mechanical components, and workshop items are not available for online purchase.
All product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are provided for information purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur.
- Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Orders
An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Payment
Payment is processed securely through our approved payment service providers.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
- Collection of Orders
All products purchased through the online shop are available for collection only.
No delivery service is currently offered.
Orders may be collected from our store during the following opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:15
Saturday: 07:30 – 12:00
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
Customers may be required to present proof of purchase or identification when collecting their order.
Orders should be collected within 30 days from the date of notification that the order is ready for collection.
If an order remains uncollected after 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, less any administrative costs where permitted by law.
- Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of collection of the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing by email before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The product must be returned unused, complete, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed;
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling after collection.
- Warranty and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights granted to consumers under Maltese and European Union law.
Products are covered by applicable legal guarantees against defects and lack of conformity.
Customers should report any defects as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kind’s Auto Sales Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through the online shop.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
- Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
