A vacancy has arisen for the post of Warranty Claims Handler to assist with the handling across a broad spectrum of warranty claims.
The selected candidate will be responsible to analyse and process all information in relation to vehicle warranty, efficiently and quickly in accordance with the guidelines recommended by the principals.
Skills and Competencies
The selected candidate must:
- Have at least a Diploma level of education.
- Have excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Be familiar with workshop processes and claims handling processes.
- Possess good knowledge of modern vehicle technology and excellent people skills.
- Fluent in Maltese and English language.
